I completed the final exam in my Food Preparation for Holistic Nutrition class! My granddaughter O'Malley's drawing expresses my present emotional and physical state perfectly. This dreamy inactivity will be short-lived, however. Another class this term, Holistic Nutrition Consulting: Concepts and Issues, awaits. Upon its completion, I will have one year down and two years to go. That is, if all of my credits have transferred. My intent is not to rush through just to reach the end,… I am so enjoying this journey and learning so very much. However, I cannot help but feel elated when, one at a time, progress tests, projects, and final exams are behind me.
